ARGUS is an ocean tracking SaaS that provides dashboard, KPIs, alerts, and integration with import data. The service is provided as-is and subject to availability.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• You may not use the service to harm, abuse, or exploit other users
• You are responsible for all content you upload or import

4. Intellectual Property

ARGUS and its content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission. Your data remains your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARGUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

6. Availability Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice. We do not guarantee 100% availability.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. Your data will be retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
