What is a tracking credit?
A credit is consumed when you register a new container for tracking. Each registered container consumes 1 credit, regardless of how long it remains active in the system.
Do monthly plan credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits are renewed every billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Do add-on credits have an expiration date?
Add-on credits never expire and remain available until used, regardless of your plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change is prorated to your billing cycle.
